We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for training bookings.
Cancellations by client
- More than 5 working days before the agreed date: no cancellation fee.
- Within 5 working days: up to 50% of the fee may be charged.
- Within 48 hours / no-show: full fee may be charged.
Rescheduling
We will try to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Substitutions
You may substitute delegates at no charge if eligibility requirements are met.
Cancellations by us
If we must cancel (e.g., illness, safety issue), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of fees paid for the affected session.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
