FLEXIBLE & EFFICIENT REFRESHER DELIVERY

After a group theory session and Pre-use check, the refresher candidates are assessed one at a time, which means while one is being assessed, the others can be doing their normal jobs until it is time for their assessment.

The assessment may include observing the operator doing their normal work tasks using the truck, which means there is reduced down time for the truck and the operator.

They may also be asked to do some simulated exercises to complete the assessment so all the things they do in their normal job role can be assessed to the required standard.

Any bad habits or poor operating will be pointed out and corrective tuition given to iron out any shortfalls in operating skills.

Up to 4 people can have refresher training in 1 day on your site.

There is an excellent rate for Refreshers which makes their delivery very cost effective and they will be delivered with a flexibility that will minimise disruption to your operations.
