QUALITY OF TRAINING
The training your operators receive will be the best in-company training available. It can be planned with your instructor so it is tailored to exactly meet your company’s needs.
The great thing about in-company training is that your operators are learning on the trucks they will actually use at work.
They will learn how to do the things they will be expected to do in their job role.
They will have Specific training on any special attachments.
They will train using the actual loads they will be expected to move as part of their job and will be familiarised in the environment they will work in.
New operators will be confident they can perform their work tasks safely and well.
Employers will find that their new operators will get “up to speed” quicker as they gain experience in the working environment.
COURSE CONTENT & STANDARDS
All training courses will include a focus on Health & Safety and Individuals responsibilities.
Stability theory, avoiding tip-over, accident prevention and hazard awareness are always included in all lift truck courses (including refreshers) along with understanding the Capacity Plate.
Training films are used as part of relevant in-depth theory sessions and a theory paper will be passed to demonstrate knowledge.
All truck operators will be trained to do a pre-use check and then assessed to make sure that they can do it themselves correctly.
Finally, the operator will have to demonstrate that they are performing set assessment tasks correctly.
Rest assured that your newly trained operators will have the skills and knowledge to become safe and efficient Forklift truck operators.
Your refresher candidates will have any poor operating habits pointed out and corrective tuition given until they demonstrate good, safe operating of the truck.
Quality of training is always determined by the quality, experience and attitude of your Instructor.

PAPERWORK & TRAINING RECORDS
It is important that companies keep a copy of all training records that their operators have undergone.
A “Certificate of Operator Training” and full Training Records will always be provided promptly for you to keep on file.
The Training Records will detail the full course content and details of the individual assessments that were done.
You can rest assured that all training courses will be conducted to the highest standard and that you as a company will be able to prove it.
Any good instructor will always evaluate their performance in delivery and seek to improve even on already high standards. Feedback from learners and companies is always asked for so improvements can be made.
